Last night I had dinner with my friend Louise who I have known for years and hadn't seen for ages and it was wonderful. Yes, wonderful. Lou has always been such a go-getter (that word is rubbish) and has the most amount of energy, enthusiasm and good humour about life that she puts everyone else I know to shame, especially myself! She gave me a really good perspective on work, life, choices, regrets... the girl's a diamond, I literally left dinner with a spring in my step, haa. After being such a huge bore misery guts in the last year I am going to make an effort to embrace positivity (she hasn't converted me to Christianity or brainwashed me in to being in a cult by the way...). I'm also reading Tommy Lee's Tommyland which never hurt a bit of woo-hoo! feeling
