new year, new you

I have a lot to catch up on that I may or may not bother to do, but now that I have a working laptop again I can update, should the mood take me.

Bloody new years, it always makes you think about your life and self and review and think about the 'future'. Last new years I was pretty miserable but I sorted my life out a bit this year so I am thankful for that. This new years I am again feeling pretty miserable so I have come to the conclusion that I am in fact just a miserable old boot. However, I have decided that I need to try and work on this so that I slot a bit more easily in to the world. I don't think I'll ever be a glass half full person, but I am sure if I really try I can be a bit nicer to people. Other new years resolution type things will be to pass my driving test (ha, same one I made last year, come on Luce) and to lose weight, oh and to sort my ingrown toenails out. But mainly the being nice bit. I don't want to die alone.
