new look

New Look is one of those high street shops which is generally quite crap with the few occassional gems. I'm quite loyal to it, probably because its cheaper than Toppers. Being that I am some kind of street style slut, we discovered that I have made my second appearance in New Look magazine (although they have incorrectly aged me at 29...), quite spooky as I had been in there trying things on there at lunch. Mai who works in my office is on their blog in what I affectionately called her 'wizard' outfit when we both turned up one day wearing purple velour:


I've recently bought a swimsuit and a bikini from there for my impending doom, I mean holiday, so I would recommend it if you are looking for affordable, alright swimwear. Here's a pick of my current faves:

I especially love the daisy print dress. I know it doesn't look that great but I think it really flattered my shape and love the way the skirt flares out at the bottom, you know when you just are really in to something even though you know its not going to wow anybody? That'll be on my wish/birthday list
